Brilliant Sculpture Workshop (EYFS-KS5)

Withy and Paper Sculpting: This versatile technique can be used to build large and very colourful three dimensional artwork. designs. Children can work easily with the materials to design individual pieces or work collaboratively on larger sculptures. This technique is fantastic for creating impressive sculptural installations, animals, carnival costumes and 3D screens. Large pieces can be built quickly to transform internal spaces, create scenery or provide a focus for a special event.
Fashion Design & T-Shirt Spray Painting Workshop (KS1-KS5)

We can deliver everything from Gok one recycle challenge workshops, to business and enterprise fashion workshops, Tshirt spray paint and customisation session, fashion illustration, mood board design and branding and logo development.
Employability through Comedy and Storytelling (KS4-KS5)

The workshop uses practical comedy and improvisation exercises (solo/group), games and role plays - interweaved with small sections of motivational presentation and peer discussion/feedback, to build students' understanding of employability, soft skills (primarily interpersonal skills), the power of thinking of their lives as a story to be written (for HE/job applications) and learning through failure.
Mini First Aid Kids (KS2)

Mini First Aid Kids is designed for children aged 7-11. In the 1-hour session, Children learn to deal with bumps, burns, breaks and bleeding, carry out CPR and deal with choking. The class is practical, lots of fun and involves lots of activities for the children to enjoy. A favourite with schools and voluntary groups.

The steelpan is a perfect instrument, as the basic skills are easy to learn and playing the instrument does not require any previous musical experience. It is possible for a group with any level of musical experience to accomplish a simple melody within a short period of time.

This workshop explores the popular style of manga. Manga is a cartoon based drawing style that is used to create graphic novels and comics in Japan. It is also called Anime for animation films such as 'Spirited Away' or 'Howl's Moving Castle'.

Mini First Aid Early Years classes are for children aged 3-6 and work with the Early Years Curriculum. Children learn about what happens to their bodies if they are hurt and how they would be treated by a grown up.
Anglo-Saxon Warrior Workshop (KS2)

Transport your pupils back to 9th Century England as they learn to become a young Anglo-Saxon warrior. Inspired by the events in my new book, 'From the age of eight - Alfred the Great', your pupils will attend the 'School of Arms' where they will be trained in much the same way as the young Alfred, learning how, as King, he outwitted and outfought the Vikings.

WW2 Dunkirk to the Blitz Workshop by Mogzilla Books (KS2-KS3)

The Workshop begins at Dunkirk in 1940, with the School Hall transformed to replicate the beaches. From here, the children are separated into the advancing German Army and the retreating and trapped B.E.F. (British Troops - each wearing a plastic Brodie helmet). Using artefacts and sound effects, the children then re-enact an air raid on the deathly sands. During this thrilling session, I use extracts of my acclaimed novel Demons of Dunkirk to bring the occasion alive.
Survive the Bronze Age Workshop by Mogzilla Books (KS1-KS2)

Using Paul Nolan’s critically acclaimed book TimeCast - Age of Bronze as a stimulus, the children will understand first-hand just how savage life was in Pre-historic Britain. They will dress in authentic costumes, participate in a Bronze Age burial, help create Bronze from Copper and Tin, handle real, ancient Bronze artefacts and re-enact the most exciting parts of my book.
