The workshop uses practical comedy and improvisation exercises (solo/group), games and role plays - interweaved with small sections of motivational presentation and peer discussion/feedback, to build students' understanding of employability, soft skills (primarily interpersonal skills), the power of thinking of their lives as a story to be written (for HE/job applications) and learning through failure.
Mini First Aid Kids (KS2)

Mini First Aid Kids is designed for children aged 7-11. In the 1-hour session, Children learn to deal with bumps, burns, breaks and bleeding, carry out CPR and deal with choking. The class is practical, lots of fun and involves lots of activities for the children to enjoy. A favourite with schools and voluntary groups.
Funky Flowers Sculpture Workshop

Working with schools and supporting their pupils to create stunning, meaningful, bespoke art work is our mission! At the end of this workshop we will have helped to produce beautiful, cascading spiral and flower type hanging sculptures OR stunning 'fields' of funky flowers attached to brightly painted display boards around the school site.

WW2 Dunkirk to the Blitz Workshop by Mogzilla Books (KS2-KS3)

The Workshop begins at Dunkirk in 1940, with the School Hall transformed to replicate the beaches. From here, the children are separated into the advancing German Army and the retreating and trapped B.E.F. (British Troops - each wearing a plastic Brodie helmet). Using artefacts and sound effects, the children then re-enact an air raid on the deathly sands. During this thrilling session, I use extracts of my acclaimed novel Demons of Dunkirk to bring the occasion alive.
