The steelpan is a perfect instrument, as the basic skills are easy to learn and playing the instrument does not require any previous musical experience. It is possible for a group with any level of musical experience to accomplish a simple melody within a short period of time.

Dragons Workshop (EYFS-KS2)

Introduce children to a unique and innovative approach to storytelling in which the team will bring a mythical story to life in front of the children’s eyes. Through linking the story to the book that will have been discovered prior to the visit, children will be able to become part of the story and will be used as a crucial element of this interactive, learning journey.
Mini First Aid Early Years Workshop (EYFS)

Mini First Aid Early Years classes are for children aged 3-6 and work with the Early Years Curriculum. Children learn about what happens to their bodies if they are hurt and how they would be treated by a grown up.

Our PSHE workshops for KS2 and Secondary School students, whilst supported by our facilitators, are student driven and aim to empower participants whilst ensuring they learn key skills to negotiate difficult circumstances. Our Potty about Pots workshop is a full day workshop about creating three types of clay pots using air dry clay. Students are introduced to making a basic pinch pot, a slab rolled pot using clay joining techniques and a coil pot as well as how to create a lid using the techniques from earlier in the day.
